Our approach is as collaborative as you need it to be. If your schedule is packed, we can act as a filter, updating you on only the most important information, or if you prefer frequent check-ins and detailed updates, we can do that too!
We work as a team behind-the-scenes to manage every detail seamlessly, ensuring nothing is overlooked and we always stay on track. Your wedding is supported by four dedicated team members—a Lead Planner, and all three Specialists (Vendors, Design & Logistics).

We believe in taking the time to get to know you and your story! We work with you to design a wedding that incorporates all of who you are, using anything from your travels and adventures together, to your fur babies, to the story of your first date!

What sets us apart is our meticulous attention to detail. We use endless checklists, spreadsheets and processes to make sure that nothing gets overlooked. On the day itself, we switch our checklists & spreadsheets for measuring tapes, lasers, and diagrams to ensure everything is truly flawless.
You will communicate only with Ally (your Lead Planner) leading up to your event, but there is a full team of detail oriented specialists working behind-the-scenes to organize, plan, and handle every element of your event, making it seamless & enjoyable, from start-to-finish!​​​​
lead planner
Your Lead Planner is the person who will guide you through your entire wedding planning experience. They will stay in close contact with you and be the one you rely on every step of the way.
With the support of our specialists, the Lead Planner has the time to dedicate to being physically present for you, and your vendors.

While your Lead Planner is focused on your budget, vendor meetings, food tastings, venue tours, and so much more, our specialists are behind-the-scenes in the office to support them, ensuring all the little details remain on schedule.​

ALLY
I am the Owner and Lead Event Planner at Perfectly Designed Events.
I am a lover of board games and puzzles, fluffy white ranunculus, and a good glass of (way too sweet) white wine, but my true passion is finding the perfect way to take your story and use it to design an absolutely unforgettable event!
​
I started planning events in 2012, and I immediately fell in love with seeing every detail come together to create the perfect day. Since obtaining my Wedding Planning Certification through the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada in 2014, I have had the honour of working with over 100 amazing couples and corporate clients.

​I truly believe that Christmas is a year-round way of life. Christmas is a feeling, not a day, and it can (and should) be celebrated at all times!

I am a huge animal lover, a vegetarian and the future mother of at least two alpacas and a miniature cow.
​
I have a soft spot for romantic movies... my favourites are When Harry Met Sally, Love Actually, The Notebook and Titanic.
​
I am obsessed with social & dining etiquette. I received my Etiquette Consultant certification through the International Association of Professions Career College in 2022.

Wedding planning is no small task—it requires a diverse set of skills. We believe that four brains are better than one, and with four team members working on your event, each specialist can dedicate their focus to the area of planning they excel in, ensuring a seamless & stress-free experience for you.
vendor specialist
The Vendor Specialist builds and maintains relationships with trusted vendors throughout all of Ontario. They research new vendors, request quotes, review contracts, and ensure all vendor bookings stay on schedule, helping to secure the best possible team for your wedding day.
design specialist
The Design Specialist works alongside the Lead Planner to develop a cohesive, creative and customized event design. They research local design inventories, handle floral & rental sourcing, and all elements related to the visual aesthetic of your event to bring your design together seamlessly.
logistics specialist
The Logistics Specialist manages the small (but important!) meticulous details. From timelines & floor plans, to payment due dates & specific guest details, to permits, insurance and ensuring you applied for your marriage licence, they ensure every little detail is accounted for.
In addition to our lead planner & specialists, we also have many dedicated team members, including our Event Director, who manages our day-of event assistants, and our Office Administrator, who keeps us running smoothly behind the scenes.​
